Withdrawal Policy

1. Supported Payout Providers
We support payouts directly to verified MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money lines registered in Uganda.
2. Minimum Threshold
The minimum withdrawal limit is 5,000 Coins (equals UGX 5,000).
3. Processing Times
Automated payouts process within 10 to 30 minutes. Manual admin verification requests process within 24 hours.
